What sets us apart
Our clinic is staffed with a highly skilled team of dental professionals, many of whom are pet owners themselves. Our veterinary dentists are board-certified in veterinary dentistry and our certified veterinary technicians have received specialized training in dentistry. As a practice, our focus is set not just on providing advanced dental care for pets but on educating pet owners on the importance of at-home dental care for disease prevention.

George Kaltsas
VetGeorge Kaltsas was born and raised in Volos. Graduated from the Department of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Health Sciences, University of Thessaly in 2008. Served in the Army of the Land as an Armed Veterinarian and participated in the work of the Military Dog Clinic of the Third Veterinary Hospital of the Thessaloniki Veterinary Hospital assistant surgeon and anesthesiologist. From 2009 until the summer of 2017 he worked as a veterinary surgeon at the Surgery Clinic of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The first two years of study were specialized in soft tissue surgery, orthopedics, anesthesiology and enhanced care. As a PhD candidate in the field of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, he carried out the experimental part of his doctoral dissertation from 2012 to 2016 while at the same time participating in the daily operation of the Clinic as well as the practical training of many students. During the period 2012 - 2014 he was trained by participating in the work of the Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Veterinary School, for various periods. He has been working as a freelance professional since 2012, and in May 2015 he founded the Company Animal Lives - Menstrual Therapy Volos. In addition to his daily occupation of anesthesiology, he specializes in animal dentistry, his favorite subject has been pursuing since 2004, while at the basement level. He has attended a number of Greek and international conferences as well as practical training seminars at the European Center for Veterinary Dentistry (EVDC) on special surgical techniques. He is married to veterinarian Anna Deligiannis and they have one son.
